Sunny Studio Stamps Guest Designer

( ** Please scroll down for my Your Next Stamp May Sneak Peek post ** )

Good afternoon everyone!  I've got some fun cards featuring Sunny Studio Stamps to share today.  I was so excited when Mendi, the owner of Sunny Studio Stamps, asked me to be a guest designer using her adorable stamps!

I used the Island Getaway stamps to make my first two cards.

Isn't this little monkey in her bikini too adorable?  Love her!  I colored all the images with copics and then cut them out using the coordinating Island Getaway dies.  For my background, I cut a piece of watercolor paper with a stitched rectangle die and sponged on distress inks.  I flicked on some clean water, let it set a few seconds, and then used a paper towel to blot off the water.  I popped up all the images with foam dots and added a few sequins for some sparkle.

I decided to go with quick and easy for this card!  I stamped those cute flip flops on Neenah cardstock, colored them with copics, and then cut them out using the coordinating dies.  I also used the tiny flower stamp from this set to decorate the flip flops.  I used my Wink of Stella clear glitter pen to give the flowers a little bit of sparkle.  I used some bright and fun pattern paper and added a few coordinating enamel dots.

I used the Fresh & Fruity stamp set and the coordinating dies to make the next two cards.

I love all the different fruits included in this set and the sentiments are perfect for so many different types of cards!  I colored all the fruit with copics and cut them out using the coordinating dies.  For the background, I cut a piece of watercolor paper with a stitched rectangle die and applied distress ink and water for a splash of color.  I adhered the fruit with foam dots and then finished with some sparkly sequins.

Once again I colored all the fruit with copics and cut them out using the coordinating dies.  I used foam dots to adhere the fruit to stitched squares backed with green cardstock.  I wrapped some baker's twine around the top of the card and tied a bow.  This was another quick and easy card to make but I think it will surely bring a smile to the recipient's face, right?

Please stop by the Sunny Studio Blog and have a look at all the gorgeous and inspiring projects that Mendi and her DT have posted.  You'll find lots more inspiration for not only the set I used, but all her other amazing sets too!  It's such a fun and cheerful place to visit, I promise!

Thank you Mendi for inviting me to do this guest spot!

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Hugs, Anita
